Shipping, Tax, and Delivery

Hartt Apparel sells Carhartt clothing only to customers in the United States.
Items in stock are shipped in 1-3 business days.
Items not in stock are shipped in 3-7 business days. We will advise you by e-mail if any item is temporarily out of stock before we process your order, and you can decide if you wish to continue with the order or keep the item on back-order.
All items shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS) ground shipping (Hawaii, Alaska and PO boxes ship using the postal service)
Residents of the state of Iowa add 7% sales tax

Methods of Payment and Security

Hartt Apparel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We are able to process debit, check, pre-paid, and gift cards issued by these companies, as well as their standard credit cards. For example, if you're paying with a Visa Check Card please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form when indicating the card type.

If you are using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express pre-paid credit or gift card, please note that pre-paid gift cards cannot be combined with credit cards on a single order. Our system can only process one method of payment on each order. Also, some banks may require you to register pre-paid gift cards with your name and billing address by calling the number on the back of the card. Please review the terms and conditions of your pre-paid gift card before attempting to use it on our website.

Returns and Replacements

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it and we will promptly process your exchange or credit your original payment on returns. Exchanges and refunds must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date. (We waive this during the holiday season.) The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There are no re-stocking fees on returns or exchanges. Items must included original tags and should not be washed or worn. Ship the parcel to:
